Test condition of both-sided W board
  • Height: approx. 110 mm (Two W boards + 80 mm square sleeper)
  • Pitch: 300 mm
  • Vehicle used for test: 4-ton truck

How to use
  • Please lay W board for curing a flat and solid ground. (e.g.: for lawn curing, temporary roads, temporary yards, and temporary parking lots, etc.)
  • If pedestrians, etc. pass by, please construct it with the non-slip side up.
  • If you lay W board in a place where the vehicles turn, construct it with the flat side up.
  • If you fix the floorboard, connect and fix it with anchors or piles, or connect the floorboard using annealing wires, or lay the end of the W board with iron boards to secure it.

Precautions for use
  • Be sure to wear working gloves when constructing, removing or moving, etc.W board by hands.
  • As W board is lightweight, deviations may occur due to vehicle running motion.
  • W board may be blown off by a gust of typhoon, etc..If stormy weather is expected, fix or remove it.
  • As W board is a resin product, it may warp or shrink due to a sudden change in temperature depending on the season.
  • Running motion of iron crawler vehicles on W board can lead to damage and premature attrition.
  • There is a risk of breakage under conditions where sharp objects such as crushed stones and concrete debris are stuck into the floorboard.
  • Lifting the fixed floorboard or moving the floorboard with placing the objects on may cause damage.Release the floorboard or remove the objects before carrying.

Prohibited matter
  • To use in conditions where there are some spaces under the floorboard such as gutters or steps.
  • To use as a floorboard for crane outriggers.
  • To use on soft ground or ground that may collapse.
  • To use fire such as bonfire or welding sparks on the product.
